How can I track Feedback from my people as a Manager?
If you are the Manager of a Group, you can find the Feedback data in Teams & People > Click the Group you want to view data for in the sidebar > Then click Feedback
This will show you all the Members in that group that you have Given and Received feedback from as the Manager of that group.
Clicking on any listed member will bring you to their specific feedback page. Keep in mind that the bottom portion detailing requests still awaiting a response will be there regardless of the user.
Next to the filter button, you can see there is another button for Downloading a report. Depending on if you are on the Received or Given tab, it will download a Feedback Report.
How can I see my Feedback as an employee?
Normal users without a role can see their Feedback information in My Development > Feedback.
Within this page they have access to Request Feedback, check their Feedback Inbox and see if they have Feedback to give, check their previously received and given Feedback, and see what Feedback requests are still waiting for a response.
Am I able to see Feedback as an Admin?
Yes! As an Admin, you have access to all the Feedback on the platform. You can find Feedback in Admin > Performance > Feedback.
Inside this area, you can see all the different Feedback templates. Clicking any of them directly will open it into edit mode. However, if you hover over the right side and click the three dots, you will see the option to Download Feedback. Clicking this will download all the responses to that specific Template. The report will include rows for the following:
Requested by ID - User ID for who requested the Feedback.
Feedback by ID - User ID for who provided the Feedback.
Additionally, it will have a row for each of the questions you add to the template.
Are there other user types who can access this data?
Yes! Other roles with access to Performance / Feedback will have access to Admin > Performance > Feedback. So for example, if you have an HR rep or a coach role created, you can add Performance / Feedback as one of their Admin Permissions. This way they can see all the templates, as well as create new ones and download the reporting data for those templates.
