How to Integrate 360 Feedback into a Journey

How do I add a feedback template to my Journey?


Adding a Feedback template to a Journey is a pretty simple process! First, you can go to Admin > Performance > Journeys. (If you have not already created a 360 Feedback template, you must do so before you complete the steps in this article)

From here, create a new or edit an existing Journey. From there, you can add a step inside the template.

Once you add a step to the template, you can edit it by clicking the three dots and clicking edit. From here, you can click Add Content, once you do so, you will see a menu pop up with a number of options to choose from.

Choose the Feedback option from the Interactive drop-down menu.

Here, you can choose the template you would like to use, and whether the employee or the manager needs edit or read-only access. Once you fill out the required information, click Add to Template. Once you add it to your template, you can then see it appear inside the Journey.
