How do I provide Feedback?

Whenever you are assigned a feedback request, it will typically be seen either in the platform or requested via email (assuming you are not on the platform). In the platform, you must navigate to the My Development tab > then Feedback.

If you have a Feedback request, you will see it appear in your Inbox. Here, you can see you have two options. Either Decline or Give Feedback. Clicking Decline will pop up with this message:

You can provide a reason for declining, but it is not required. Once you click Decline request, the Feedback request will be denied and you will see this small message at the top.

When you click Give Feedback you will see the Feedback page pop up with the questions that are being asked to the user providing the Feedback.

How to delete feedback

In case you provided feedback, made an error and need to delete your feedback, you can click the Feedback "Given" tab. Here, you find all feedback you have given. Clicking the three dots will give you the option to Delete feedback.

Clicking Delete feedback will ask for a second confirmation, and by clicking Confirm the feedback will be permanently deleted.

After confirming, the feedback is deleted and will no longer be visible to anyone in the platform.

Requesting Feedback Inside a Journey

You can also request Feedback inside of a Journey if the Journey has a step added to it that allows for this. Inside the Journey, if the Feedback step is added, you will see it appear as so in the Journey.

If you click Request Feedback, you will see that the Feedback Template is locked to whatever the creator set it to. You can only request Feedback from anyone in the list of users inside the first text block. You can request Feedback from anyone on the platform, as well as anyone off the Platform as well. If they are not in your LMS, you can still request Feedback from them by adding their email manually and choosing to send it externally.

How to give Feedback when not in the platform

When you request someone external to give feedback, they will receive an email with a link to access the Feedback template. It will look like this on their end:

Clicking Give Feedback will bring the user to a "lite" version of the platform. So they will only have access to complete the steps in the Feedback template. No other navigation will be available within the platform if accessed via the external link.

At the top of the screen, the external feedback person will always see the name of the person they are giving feedback to.
