How do I request Feedback?

There are a couple of ways you can request Feedback from your manager, peers and other stakeholders.

The first way is quite simple, first navigate to your My Development page > Feedback > and then click the Request Feedback button.

Here you can see two fields. The first one is, who should be providing the Feedback, and the second field is to decide what template you want to use.

You can choose any name on the list and select people using the eloomi platform, and you can type the email of external people that you would like feedback from.

You can select any applicable template from the list. The templates are created by your eloomi admin.

Once you provide the needed information, you can then see the Preview option on the Template. Clicking this will provide a quick look into the Template to see what it covers and if it is relevant to what you need.

Once you confirm this and click Request Feedback, the Manager/assignee for the Feedback will be notified of this in their Inbox (My Development/Teams & People tab). If you have requested feedback from external people, they will be able to give feedback by following a link provided in an email sent from eloomi.

How can I request feedback within a Journey?

You can also request Feedback inside of a Journey if the Journey has a step added to it that allows for this. Inside the Journey, if the Feedback step is added, you will see it appear as so in the Journey.

If you click Request Feedback, you will see that the Feedback Template is locked to whatever the creator set it to. You can only request Feedback from anyone in the list of users inside the first text block. You can request Feedback from anyone on the platform, as well as anyone off the Platform as well. If they are not in your LMS, you can still request Feedback from them by adding their email manually and choosing to send it externally.

When you add someone external, they will receive an email with a link to access the Feedback template. It will look like this on their end:

Clicking Give Feedback will bring the user to a "lite" version of the platform. So they will only have access to complete the steps in the Feedback template. No other navigation will be available within the platform if accessed via the external link.

How do I manage my Feedback as an employee and not a manager?

Managing your Feedback is easy within eloomi Infinite! Simply navigate to the My Development page > and select Feedback.

Here you will see the option to Request Feedback, see the current Feedback that you need to provide (if applicable) in the Inbox portion, Feedback Received and Given, and the Feedback requests that have not been answered. You can also see your previous responses to Feedback by clicking the Given tab, and View Feedback on the request you need.

Above the Feedback menu, you can see the options for Filtering.

You can filter by:

  1. Template - Choose to filter feedback on the feedback template used.

  2. Reviewer - Choose to see only feedback from specific people.

  3. Created at - Choose to view feedback created on a specific day

    1. You can select 30, 60, and 90 days, a Year, or a specific date.

How to send reminders or cancel feedback requests

Looking lower on the Feedback requests awaiting a response, you have a couple of options for these.

You can choose Send reminder and then select to either Send an Email to the Reviewer to remind them to complete the feedback, or you can select Copy requests link, which will automatically copy a link to your clipboard that you can paste and share in your preferred way.

Finally, you also have the option to cancel the request altogether.
