How to Use Excel Reports for Groups

This new feature allows admins and managers to export and download excel reports for groups.

Group Overview Report


We have added a new export button in the General Group Overview in Reports > Groups

The excel export will contain the same data as shown in the table here with the name of the group, number of employees and other stats regarding business title, required completion and optional completion.


Specific Group Reports

Specific Group reports can be downloaded for any specific group that the user has access to either by being an admin or a manager for the given group, via the export button:

  1. This export contains two different excel sheets.

    1. One that shows the same data as in the table.

    2. One that shows a breakdown of every course plus user assignment for all users inside the group as well as the current status of their assignment including progress and deadlines.

Take note that the time will be displayed in UTC format when exported to Excel. This ensures standardized time representation, maintaining accuracy and consistency for a seamless understanding of the data.

  1. This reporting area has filters in the top left, where you are able to filter on topics or courses. This will reduce the number of rows in the export to only the courses or topics that are relevant/selected.

Please note: There is a limit of 10,000 rows (number of users x number of courses) for each export/download. If you wish to export more than 10,000 assignments, you would need download the reports in smaller bulks.
