Admin People Reporting


You can find People Reporting by navigating to Reports > People. Clicking it will bring you to this page:

Here, you will see:

  1. Engagement graph

    1. Total Users

      1. Total number of People on the platform at the time

    2. Unique Logins

      1. Number of distinct logins for that month

    3. Engagement %

      1. The % of Unique logins compared to the Total number of Users

Scrolling down, you can see a list of all the People on the platform. Here, you will see the following columns:

  1. Member - The name of the Person

  2. Courses - Number of Completed Courses by the Member

  3. Learning plans - Number of Completed Learning plans by the Member

  4. Time Spent - Total Time spent completing Content in the platform

  5. Total Views - The amount of times the Member has viewed/opened Content in the platform

IMPORTANT: When navigating to Reports > People and clicking a specific Learner, archived Courses still appear and are factored into the Statistics.

If a Course gets archived and the Learner's status is Not Started, it will still factor into the People statistics as Not Started and will contribute towards the relevant data.

Clicking on any of the People will bring you to their individual Reporting page which illustrates all the Learning and Reporting data for that Member.

The individual Reporting page matches the member's view when they navigate to My Development > Learning:

The default view always presents Course reporting, but Admins can easily navigate to Learning plans and Events. When downloading the individual People report for Courses, the following columns will be included:

  1. Title - Name of the Course

  2. Status - Status of the Course completion

    1. Not started

    2. In progress

    3. Completed

  3. Deadline - The assigned Deadline (if applicable)

  4. Time Spent - Amount of Time spent on the Course

  5. Archived - If the Course is archived (Yes/No)

  6. Started - Date the Course was started (if applicable)

  7. Completed - Date of Course completion (if applicable)

  8. Views - How many times the member has viewed the Course

  9. Required - If the Course was assigned as Required (Yes/No)


Downloading a full People report


Under Reports > People right above the People list, Admins can search for People as well as Download an overview report. The Report will include the following rows:

  1. Account ID -This is either their email or a string depending on if they are using an email or a word

  2. First Name - Member's First name

  3. Last Name - Member's Last name

  4. Email Address - Member's Email

  5. Job title - Member's Job Title

  6. User Role - Member's Role (Admin, User, Content Creator, etc.)

  7. Active - If the Member's account is active or not

  8. Last Seen - Last time the Member logged into the platform

  9. Direct Manager Name - The Name of the Member's Direct Manager

  10. Direct Manager Email - The Email of the Member's Direct Manager

  11. Completed Courses - Number of Completed Courses by the Member

  12. Completed Learning Plans - Number of Completed Learning Plans by the Member

  13. Time Spent - Total Time spent completing Content in the platform

  14. Total Views - The amount of times the Member has viewed/opened Content in the platform

When you click to Download a People report to Excel, a dropdown will open allowing you to download the report in your preferred Language.

The following contents of the report is translated:

  • All column headers in the Excel file (the first row)

  • Static values and labels (e.g. “Yes” / “No”)

If a translation is not available, the content defaults to English.

Take note that the time will be displayed in UTC format when exported to Excel. This ensures standardized time representation, maintaining accuracy and consistency for a seamless understanding of the data.
