Apart from a list with detailed information, graphics help you to get a great overview of your and your colleagues' learning progress. The graphs are kept simple to put focus on what really matters.
Courses
The Course reporting page will show a few different things:
Number of courses shows how many Courses you have on your platform
Average courses per user shows how many Courses are assigned to one User on average
Monthly views shows how many times learners have visited your Courses each month. This feature helps you to keep an overview of your learners' engagement with the Courses. Compare the monthly views over time and use the data to see if your learners engage with the content as desired
Total views shows the combined views of how many learners have visited your Courses from creation up until now
To get a detailed insight into specific Courses, select the Course from your Course list. This page gives you a great insight into:
Assigned people number of Users were assigned the Course
People progress number of Users who are still working on the Course
Completed people number of Users who completed the Course
Completion - completion rate to see how many % of the Users that the Course was assigned to have completed the Course so far.
In Devices, you can see from which device your learners accessed the Course (e.g., from a mobile device). This helps you to determine how to design your Courses: if learners predominantly access Courses from their phone, pay attention to create short and precise learning material that can be viewed on a phone screen. Viewing longer texts will be easier on a computer screen as computer screens are usually larger than phone screens.
Quick tip:
Regardless of the device your learners use most, focus on creating Content that is shorter. That way, you help your learners to comprehend learnings faster. Read more about how micro-learning can revitalize your training academy.
In Views you can see the total number of Course views per month.
In Assigned people, all learners who the Courses was assigned to are listed including status (Not started, In progress, Completed), Time spent, Start and Completion date and if the Course was set as Required. That way, you can easily get an overview and check the completion status that you can easily check with the colored button (Grey=Not started, Yellow=In progress, Green=Completed).
