With eloomi Infinite it is possible for you to follow your and your colleagues' learning progress and access statistics on individual users and assigned courses in the platform.

To see your reports, navigate to Reports in the top bar navigation. Choose between Events, Courses, Users, Groups, Segment Reporting, Skills, and Playlists. Apart from a list with detailed information, graphics help you to get a great overview of your and your colleagues' learning progress. The graphs are kept simple to put focus on what really matters.

Events

Navigating to Reports > Events will bring you to the Event reporting page.

Here you will see a few different options:

  • Total Events shows the amount of events on the platform

  • Total Sessions shows the number of sessions on the platform

  • Upcoming Sessions shows the amount of upcoming session is in the future

  • Completed Sessions shows the number of completed sessions in the past month

  • Total Events (graph) shows events created in a given month

  • Attendance show the percentage of users who actually completed their assigned events

You can view a more in-depth review of Event Reporting here.

Courses

The Course reporting page will show a few different things:

  • Number of courses

shows how many courses you have on your eloomi Infinite platform

  • Average courses per user

shows how many courses are assigned to one user on average

  • Monthly views

shows how many times learners have visited your courses each month. This feature helps you to keep an overview of your learners' engagement with the courses. Compare the monthly views over time and use the data to see if your learners engage with the content as desired.

  • Total views

shows the combined views of how many learners have visited your courses from creation up until now

To get a detailed insight into specific courses, select the course from your course list.

This function gives you a great insight into:

  • Assigned users

number of users were assigned the course

  • Users progress

number of users who are still working on the course

  • Completed users

number of users who completed the course

  • Completion

completion rate to see how many % of the users that the course was assigned to have absolved the course so far.

In Devices, you can see from which device your learners accessed the course (e.g., from a mobile device). This helps you to determine how to design your courses: if learners predominantly access courses from their phone, pay attention to create short and precise learning material that can be viewed on a phone screen. Viewing longer texts will be easier on a computer screen as computer screens are usually larger than phone screens.

Quick tip:

Regardless of the device your learners use most, focus on creating content that is shorter. That way, you help your learners to comprehend learnings faster. Read more about how micro-learning can revitalize your training academy.

In Views you can see the total number of course views per month.

In Assigned users, all learners who the courses was assigned to are listed including status (completed, not started, in progress), time spent, start and completion date and if the course was set as required). That way, you can easily get an overview and check the completion status that you can easily check with the coloured button (green=absolved, grey=not started, yellow=in progress).

Users

As an admin, you receive detailed information about user engagement and individual data from all users. That allows you to get a great overview of your employees' and colleagues' learning progress.

In Engagement, a graph illustrates the following data for all users combined:

  • Total users: number of users that are invited in your platform

  • Unique logins: shows how many users visited/logged in to the platform.

  • Engagement in %: ratio of total users/unique logins. This feature helps you to see how many users actually logged in after activating them in the platform. Use this information to possibly remind learners that have not logged in yet.

When navigating to a specific point in your timeline, you see the data for that specific point in time.

In Users, you can see the following data for each individual user:

  • Time spent: how much time the user spend on the platform

  • Assigned: the number of courses assigned to the user

  • In progress: the number of courses the user is currently working on but did not complete yet

  • Completed: the number of courses the user completed

  • Total views: number of views that a user viewed a course

Group Reporting

In Group Reporting you will see an overview of the groups on your platform.

Specifically, you will have data covering:

  • Total groups: The number of groups on the platform

  • Average users per group: Average amount of users per group

  • Number of groups with low completion percentages

Below the initial breakdown, you will see the list of your groups. Here you will see:

  • Business Title %: Tracks the percentage of users who have completed modules with business titles.

  • Required Completion %: Tracks the percentage of users who have completed required courses.

  • Optional Completion %: Tracks the percentage of users who have completed optional courses.

Clicking any of the groups will bring you to its specific reporting page.

Here you will see a window that shows the % of total completion. This tracks the overall % of completed courses in the group.

Next to that window, you will see a graph with data for Topics completion %. This will show the % of completion for these topics attached to modules that are assigned to the users in the group.

Below this page, you will see the breakdown of users in the group.

Here you can see a similar set of data as the general reporting page for groups, but this time it's for users in the group. You will see:

  • User's names and their job title (if they have one)

  • Required Completion %

  • Optional Completion %

Clicking any of them will bring you to that user's reporting page.

Segment Reporting

With the Segment Reporting feature, you can track and analyze the performance and overall health of your training. The best way to use this feature is to find out how well specific user groups or departments are performing and advancing in their training. Then benchmark their progress and compare your company's learning progress.

Download your reports by clicking on the export button which makes it easy for you to share reports across the organization or analyze the data further outside your platform.

Take note that the time will be displayed in UTC format when exported to Excel. This ensures standardized time representation, maintaining accuracy and consistency for a seamless understanding of the data.

Note: Segment Reporting is a paid feature. Navigate to Admin > Billing to manage your subscription.

You can filter your reports across rows and across columns.

Filter the rows by:

  • Groups: groups that learners are part of

  • Job titles: the job title that is set up in the user profile

Filter the columns by:

  • Individual courses:

this helps you understand if and how each group/job title/role is completing the course

  • Topics:

this helps you see whether each group/job title/role is completing the course tagged with specific topics

To make the report easy to understand, sort the insights and change the colour by clicking the buttons on the top right corner of the report.
