This will give you a visual presentation of the survey results. For open text answers, you are also able to search for keywords.

Anonymous Answers

With the option to keep answers anonymous on Surveys, this will also reflect in reporting, so that users' data will stay hidden. In both the reporting section and the Excel report, their data will still show as anonymous.

  • Anonymity in Reports: In the reporting section, the identity of respondents is hidden, showing "Anonymous" with a default avatar image.

  • Excel Report Adjustments: In Excel exports, the "User ID" and "Email" columns will be empty, and the "User Name" column will be labeled "Anonymous."
