How to navigate the eloomi app as a Manager

This article describes the different areas that users with the Manager role have access to.

Overview


When a user is assigned as the Direct Manager of another user, a new tab and some new permissions will appear. These permissions will allow the Manager to manage their users by assigning learning, goals, journeys, and more.


Manager Tab

On the home page, once you are a Manager, you will see a new tab named "Manager. Clicking this tab will bring you to the below page:

Here, you can see the different options, similar to the web app, for your employees. By clicking the drop-down menu, you can change the view depending on what is selected.

Additionally, you can create a new Conversation on the Conversations page by clicking "New". If you have used conversations on the web app, you will see that it is almost identical to the web version.

The same can be said for both Goals and Journeys. Change the view to either or, then follow the same processes as you would online to create a Goal or Journey.

Most of, if not all, of the functionalities you would see and use on the browser are included in the app. This allows for a seamless and easy-to-use experience.
