Overview
The eloomi mobile app functions very similarly to the eloomi website as you know it. Within the app are all the same learning functions, talent features, and more!
Login Page
On the initial boot of the app, you will see this page, once you type your eloomi URL (Just the first part before .eloomi.io) you will be greeted with the login page. This functions identically to the native app via the browser. Type your login credentials in, and log in!
Home Page
The Home page should look just like what you see on the website. Here, you will have a breakdown of the content you have available to you, as well as the ability to search for the content in the search box above. You will see carousels for Started Learnings, Available Events, Courses Available for you, and Completed Courses.
Clicking the Infinite symbol at the top of the screen will always route you back to the home page.
To the right of the infinite logo, you will see the bell icon. Clicking this will show you a breakdown of your notifications, The notifications will be shown in order of most recent to less recent.
Learn Page
Moving on to the next section, the Learn Page can be accessed by selecting it in the bottom navbar. Here you will see your breakdown of Learning items such as Courses, Events, and Playlists. Here it will show you all the Learning Items assigned to you, separated by the type.
For You page
Next, we can click the For You button. This brings you to the page you see below:
Here, you can see there are the same options as you would see on the browser version, just condensed to be more mobile-friendly. You can click on any of the options to see the content that is relevant/assigned to you.
Manager Page
If you are the manager of an employee, clicking the Manager tab will bring you to the below page:
Here, you can see the different options, similar to the web app, for your employees. By clicking the drop-down menu, you can change the view depending on what is selected.
Additionally, on the Conversations page, you can create a new Conversation by clicking "New". If you have used conversations on the web app, you will see that it is almost identical to the web version.
The same can be said for both Goals and Journeys. Simply change the view to either or, then follow the same processes as you would online to create a Goal or Journey.
Reporting Page
Lastly, clicking on the Reports tab will bring you here:
Essentially, it is the same options you would see if you were to hover over the Reporting button on the web app. Here you can see all the different reporting pages for Courses, Events, Playlists, etc. Clicking into any of these will bring you to the respective reporting pages.
Settings Page
Clicking your profile photo in the top right will bring you to the account settings page.
Here you can add your profile photo, skills, see your account ID and all the other information regarding your user. You can also change your language here, select what emails you want to be sent, and change your password.
At the very bottom, you will have the option to also sign out.
