A new email reminder automation flow will keep employees informed about both Courses and Learning Plans in the event of a pending renewal of expiring certifications:

We’ve made it easier for admins to assign responsibilities by separating the roles of Direct Managers and Group Managers in Journeys.

Previously, both roles were treated the same, which meant all managers could see/access and were notified of required steps. Now, admins can tailor responsibilities across templates and content blocks for a more personalized and precise management workflow.

Note: Journeys is a part of the Talent/One plan.

We have added Account ID as a user identification option in Course Imports. Previously, user identification was based solely on email addresses.

With this update, admins will have the flexibility to use Email OR Account ID for user identification across all imports.

Now, you can chose to include inactive users in your statistics across dashboards and reports. Enabling "Inactive users" will affect the key numbers in the platform.
