• Connect learners to groups in advance via rules (custom user field)

• Set user limits and expiration dates

• Enable approval flows of sign-ups for added control

The new Checklist feature already got some great updates that further improves task management for managers and employees and strengthens team collaboration:

• Add comments and upload files to tasks

• Edit and delete your comments with ease

• Filter checklists by completion, deadline, or assignee

• Bulk delete checklists for better management

• Supervisors, coaches etc. can also be responsible for task groups
