Overview
Admins and Instructors have the ability to add material for learners to download before or after attending an Event or Webinar.
Uploading materials in the right educational context gives a better learner experience and saves administration time distributing materials or handouts to attendees.
The process is quite simple, you can read about it below!
Admin/Manager Side
As an Admin or Manager, you are able to add the files to the courses. First, navigate to Admin > Learning > Events. From here, Edit the Event then the Edit the Event Session, this is where you can add the Materials.
Click "Add File" next to Training Materials, here you can see the max file upload size is 500 mb. You can add a file name and description, but these are optional steps.
Once you select a file and name it, click Confirm. Once that is done, your learners will then be able to download the file directly from the Session page!
Learner Side
As a learner, navigate to For You > Events > Find the Event > View your Assigned Session
This is the area where you can find the material ready for download! Simply click "Download" and the file will download to your computer.
