There are 2 ways of managing Hierarchies in eloomi:

To manage Hierarchies, navigate to Admin > Groups and select Hierarchy.

Here, you find a visual overview of your organization's Hierarchy tree and Hierarchy relations.

If a Group has Subgroups, you will see an arrow with the Group. To see the hierarchy of that Group, click the arrow, and the Group expands and reveals the Subgroups.

If any of these Subgroups has Subgroups, you will see an arrow with the Group. Clicking the arrow will expand and reveal the Subgroups.

There can be an infinite level of Subgroups.

Once you are in the Hierarchy tab for Groups, you can start reordering individual Groups into child Groups.

Start by clicking the Settings button that appears once you hover over the individual Group.

In the Hierarchy settings window, you can now select the Parent Group to your Group by clicking Select parent group.

Now, you can select which Group you would like subordinate to.

You can navigate by scrolling through the Groups and opening the Subgroups when available (marked with an arrow) or you can use the search option at the top.

Once you have clicked Select as parent, you're back in the Hierarchy settings, and you can click Save.

Hierarchy Groups can be edited or deleted by opening the ellipses menu found next to the Group settings.

When editing a Hierarchy Group, you will find the option to set Group Type. This option will let you convert an existing Hierarchy Group into a Standard Group.
