With Hierarchy, you can create a hierarchical structure for your organization, adding multiple levels and subgroups in your platform administration while keeping a simple visual overview.

Hierarchy offers benefits for organizations of all sizes and helps simplify the administration of large pools of external and internal learners, as well as multiple or complex organizations.

Why use Hierarchy?

In general, Hierarchies helps simply the user and group administration for efficient training academies, employee onboarding, compliance training and much more.

By using Hierarchy, you are also able to enhance the learner experience and improve impact in an even wider range of use cases, here are just a few examples:

  1. Customer training: Empower customers to maximize the value of products or services through a customer academy with training and certification programs.

  2. Partner enablement: Enhance partner channel effectiveness and enable partners, distributors, or resellers with onboarding, product training, and sales enablement programs.

  3. Franchise education: Ensure consistent brand representation, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction through resources and training modules for franchisees.

  4. Regulatory compliance: Make sure you adhere to industry regulations by providing compliance training to external stakeholders, like contractors or regulatory agencies.

  5. Extended workforce development: Extend learning opportunities to temporary workers, contractors, or gig economy workers to enhance their skills and productivity while on assignment.

What is Hierarchy?

Within the Hierarchy tab in the group administration, you can order your organization's hierarchy and quickly add new groups to the hierarchy/organization tree.

You can add Levels to your hierarchy Groups to label them (Company, Country, Region, Team etc.), and using Levels you will have more flexible options for Hierarchy reporting and for assigning content to different hierarchies in your organization.
