What Are Instructors?

Instructors are the users who are given a special (non-permanent) role to lead the events. When creating a session, you are able to assign an instructor to it. These users do not have to be admins. This means that they can be assigned to any type of user.

You can add Instructors in two places.

You can add them when you are creating a new session:

Or you can add them when editing an existing session:

Users who are Instructors for at least a single, not-cancelled session, gain access to a new page called Instructor.

On this page, users are able to see their upcoming and past events as shown in the screenshot below. You are also able to edit the session, similarly to how they can when they are in the Events page. You can edit all the same things that you can usually edit in the session except the Instructors.
