User Impersonation works similar to Proxy Login for Users. Administrators can impersonate another user and see the experience for a specific user, including the courses they are assigned. This also helps to debug any challenges the user may be facing, for example if they are unable to access a specific course

In order to Impersonate another User, simply navigate to Admin > Organisation

Find the specific User you would like to Impersonate and click on the 3 Dots to display options. Here you can simply click on Login as User:

You will see a confirmation window:

Once Confirmed, you will be successfully logged in as this specific user and will experience exactly what this User can see and experience in terms of course assignment and access

Once finished Impersonating, click on Switch Back to return to your original session. This will close the Impersonation of another User and log you back in as your own User
