As part of our White labeling efforts, we are now happy to introduce the ability for customers to set a Custom URL through your eloomi Infinite environment.

What is a Custom URL

By default, all customer environments are created as a sub-domain, for example, customer.eloomi.io. However, by creating a Custom URL you are able to set a redirect with your own company name domain, for example: customer.learningacademy.com

How to setup a Custom URL

To get started, navigate to Admin > Settings > Domains while logged in to eloomi as an Administrator

Step 1: Click on Add Domain, here you are able to enter a domain name that your company owns and will want to be used for your eloomi environment

Step 2: Click the blue Add Domain button to see the next step in the Custom URL setup process. You will be asked to configure DNS settings from your domain hosting provider

Important: Create a CNAME record and point it to domains.eloomi.io

Step 3: Click on Verify DNS record

Domain propagation globally can take up to 24 hours

Domains Overview

You can see an overview of all domains for your eloomi platform by navigating to Admin > Settings > Domains

You can add multiple custom domains but can only have one eloomi URL. In case you require another eloomi URL please reach out directly to [email protected]

Your eloomi domain will still be available as a Standard even after setting up a custom domain and can be used to log in to the eloomi App.

Primary Domain

Your eloomi domain (eloomi platform URL) is automatically set as a Primary domain. However, you can manage this by clicking the 3 dots and setting a custom domain as the Primary domain.

This will ensure all links generated through mail notifications are redirected to the Primary / Custom Domain.

Please note that in case you are using the eloomi App, your people will still be able to use your eloomi subdomain i.e; customer.eloomi.io to login to the app

Feel free to reach out directly through [email protected] in case of any further questions or feedback.
