What is White Labeling?

With white labeling, you can customize your eloomi platform to reflect your brand. In this article, we will focus on the following:

  • Platform design

  • Login page

  • Platform settings

Platform Design

Inside your eloomi platform, you can set colors and logos to reflect your company’s brand guidelines by navigating to: Admin > Settings:

By default, you will land on the Branding setting. Here, you can adjust colors for branding, buttons and navigation text and upload logos for the login page and browser icon (favicon):

Login Page

Once you have branded your platform and added a login logo (from Admin > Settings), the eloomi logo will be replaced and your login page will reflect the branding you have set:

You can also now customize the login background image on the login page. You can achieve this by navigating to Admin > Settings > Branding. Here you will also see the recommended image sizes by hovering over the info icon ("i").

Platform Settings

Platform Subdomain - [NAME].eloomi.io

Currently, it is possible to change the platform subdomain. This means that the first part of your platform URL: [NAME].eloomi.io can be changed. This is useful when a mistake in the naming has been made or when the company name changes.

Platform Domain - eloomi.io

It is now also possible to change the platform domain: name.[ELOOMI.IO].

Custom Email Sender - SMTP

As with the platform subdomain, it is possible to switch the email sender from eloomi's to your company's using your own mail server (SMTP). This means that email notifications from the platform will not have to be sent by no-reply@eloomi.io.

Note: Setup of either the custom email sender or domain name requires a Plus plan subscription. To get more information about pricing plans, please get in touch with your account manager.
