What are Relationships
With Relationships, admins can allow individuals to engage with specific steps of a Journey/HR workflow, such as performance reviews or 360 feedback.
The Relationships can be defined for each user/employee, and the Journey access can be automated when defining the Journey steps (creating Journey Templates).
Why use Relationships
Relationships are ideal when creating performance reviews or similar HR workflows, because you can access to defined people in relation to the employee, for roles like Supervisors or Coaches.
This enables other roles, like Supervisors, Coaches or Onboarding Buddies to take part (add comments, or view only) of the Employee/Manager interaction and provide targeted support and guidance to development.
