Who can create Company and Group Goals?
A user must be a Manager and have access to the Manager tab to be able to create Company and Group Goals. Once a user is a Manager of a Group, they can navigate to the Manager Tab > Goals > New Goal.
From here, you can see the options for Group and Company. If you were to navigate to For You > Goals, you would only see the options for Individual and Personal.
