What is Sub Branding

With sub branding you can customize the platform for multiple segments of users based on custom fields.

Sub branding is ideal if your platform has users from different divisions or branches that have different brand identities, but sub branding for segments of users can have many other use cases.

This feature is a part of the eloomi Plus Plan.

Navigate to custom sub branding

To get started with sub branding, first navigate to: Admin > Settings:

By default, you will land on the Branding setting. From here, you need to scroll down to the Custom sub branding section:

Define your sub segment

First, choose which custom field you would like to apply your sub branding through.

The custom user field can relate to users' geography, division or any type of differentiator that you would like to define your segment upon.

Please note:

  • You can only define 1 custom field to segment your sub branding.

  • If you want to change the custom field later, you will first have to delete your sub branding profiles.

Create custom sub branding

With the custom user field set, you are ready to create sub branding profiles for your preferred sub segments.

Click New branding profile and you can start creating the sub branding.

First, make sure to give your branding profile a title.

You now have the same menu with the same options as when you customized your overall platform.

You can adjust the platform colors for navigation, buttons, and text, and insert your own logo on navigation and browser.

Once you have the designs right, select which sub segment(s) the branding should apply to.

You will see how many users the settings will include.

Now, click Create, and your new sub branding is live!

Edit or delete custom sub branding

To edit or delete sub branding profiles, simply click the pencil next to the profile.
