Overview

Journey Reporting can be found via Admin > Performance > Journeys > Select the Journey you would like reporting information on. Then select the "Insights" option. This will bring you to the below page:

Here you will see all people who are assigned this Journey.

In this menu, you can see that there are a few columns:

  1. Employee: Displays the name of the employee assigned to the Journey.

  2. Manager: Shows the Manager of said employee.

  3. Progress: Displays the progress of that employee on this particular Journey.

    1. Clicking the step count/the value under the Progress column for any of the people will bring up a menu that shows the steps in the Journey for this user.

  4. Status: Displays the status of the Journey.

At the top right of the menu, you will see these different icons:

In order they are:

  1. Search: Click this icon to search for a user in this list.

  2. Download: Clicking this will download an Excel file with more advanced reporting data regarding the Journey.

  3. Sort: You can sort by either Progress or Status

  4. Filter: You can filter via Manager, Progress, Status or Group.

Move a user a step back the Journey

You can move a user back a step in the Journey by clicking the three dots (...) on the right side of any of the people. If you want to move multiple, you can select the boxes on the people you need to change then click the "Move Back" option next to the amount selected.

Clicking Move Back will bring this menu up:

Here you will see the breakdown of options for what is about to happen. Here you are required to check both boxes off before the user can be moved back 1 step. Keep in mind that this process will remove the Journey Data associated with the current step.

As the screenshot and site state, this is a permanent action that cannot be undone.
