You can move a user back a step in the Journey by clicking the three dots (...) on the right side of any of the people. If you want to move multiple, you can mark the boxes on the left side for the people you need to change then click the "Move Back" option next to the amount selected.

Clicking Move Back will bring this menu up:

Here, you will see the breakdown of options for what is about to happen. You are required to check both boxes off before the user can be moved back to the previous step. Keep in mind that this action will remove the Journey Data associated with the current step.

IMPORTANT: Moving a user back to the previous step of the Journey is a permanent action that cannot be undone.

Download template as PDF

An alternative to exporting a full Journey report, which is only available for Admins, is to download a PDF of a specific Journey template step.

This is possible for both Employees, Managers and Admins alike.

On the Employee/Assignee side, you will need to navigate to My development > Journeys > Open a Journey step > Find the Download as PDF button at the top right.

On the Manager/Admin side, you will need to navigate to Teams & People > Journeys, and find the Employee you wish to download a PDF for.

Once here, find the step you want to download and select Start. In this menu, you can see the Download as PDF button at the top right:

Once you click Download as PDF, it will download the Journey step to a PDF file.
