Employee's End

Firstly, to find the Journeys area as an employee, you must navigate to the For You space and click "Journeys" in the left-hand side bar.

Clicking it will bring you to this page above. Here you will see:

  1. Journeys that need your input.

  2. Journeys in progress.

  3. Completed Journeys

Clicking details on any of the Journeys will bring up an overview of the selected Journey and the steps within the Journey. Clicking "View" will bring up a third window that provides more insight into the step.

You are also able to start the next step in the Journey via this menu.

If a Journey needs your input, it will be indicated by a highlight and a blue Start --> button. Click the Start button to go forward with the Journey step.

This is about the extent that the Journeys go on the employee's perspective of things. Now, let's take a look at the Manager side!

Manager's End

First and foremost, the Manager is able to locate the Journeys data via the Manager tab at the top navbar. Clicking the Manager button then the Journeys option, you will be brought to this page:

Here you have an overview of every Journey someone on your team is currently working on, the steps that they are working on, and when your input is needed. Clicking the Details button will bring up an overview of the progress of every employee (you are the manager of) during their Journey.

Here, you will also be able to filter on Status and Deadline.

Clicking an employee on the sidebar in the main Journeys Overview will bring you to a more personalized breakdown of this specific user's Journey.

Located here will be similar to before, again showing the Journeys that need your (manager) input, Journeys that are in progress by the user, and Journeys that are completed.

You can also click the Details view of each Journey, to bring up what is inside the Journey and see the progress of the Journey.
