Important note: Please keep in mind that this feature is only available for customers who have an active subscription with OpenSesame. Please reach out through support@eloomi.com and our team can help enable the OS integration for you
During the sales/onboarding process, you will receive an Integration ID which is required to connect to Open Sesame through the eloomi integration
Note that you must use the same Admin account in eloomi as it must be the same email provided to create the OD Integration ID
How Do I Integrate OpenSesame Onto My Platform?
Once you need to navigate to your platform you can go to Admin > Integrations > OpenSesame:
Select the Get Started button - A menu will pop up asking you to add your Customer Integration ID. Once you add this, click Confirm:
After setting this up, navigate to Admin > Integrations > OpenSesame, where you will now see this page:
Here you can see how many courses in the platform are from OpenSesame. You can also see the last sync time and the next sync time. You also have the option to sync now if you like.
Upon heading to Admin > Learning, you will now see a banner showcasing OpenSesame with the option to browse and import OpenSesame courses:
Clicking to "Browse OpenSesame" will redirect you to your OpenSesame instance (might require you to log in using your OS credentials).
Here you will be able to curate Learning Plans or individual Courses. Select Courses and you will see a Deliver Course button.
Hit the Deliver course button and you will see the destination is selected as "eloomi"
Clicking on Deliver Courses will sync courses to eloomi within minutes.
OS Integration can be synced manually or can automatically sync every 4 hours. Selecting 'Manual Sync' will immediately import your chosen course list into eloomi.
