Overview


You can use Community feeds to promote learning content. You can quickly add one or multiple links to learning content to your post when using the post creator

This makes Employee Communication ideal as a promotion tool for L&D, HR, Corporate, and any other function across the organization.

Please note: Learning content must be assigned to the Community group to be visible within the Community feed.


How to Promote Learning


When creating a post, you can attach Images & videos, Promote learning, Polls, and Categories. Learn the basics of how to create a post.

To promote learning / add learning content to your post, simply press the green Promote Learning icon at the bottom, when creating or editing your post.

Now you have access to a list of all available learning content within the Community.

You can then quickly search for and select the course or playlist you want to attach to your post, using both the tabs for Courses and Playlist and the search function.

Once you have selected the desired content, you can add more learning items to the same post, click Done at the top right of this window.

Once you are finished adding content to your post, you can publish it by pressing Post or Update in the top right corner.

Now, you have promoted learning in a post!

Please note: The post creator supports Courses and Playlists when using the Promote Learning functionality - Events & Webinars are not yet supported.
