How do I enable Goals, Objectives, and Key Results on my eloomi Infinite platform?
Goals & Objectives are created to give transparency across the platform, they are embedded in the Conversations module and agenda structure. If you as an organization are still implementing an OKR framework or for other reasons do not wish to use Goals & Objectives, you can choose to disable the feature.
Enabling this feature is very easy! First, you must navigate to Admin > Settings > Goals
You should then see this page:
To enable, simply click the Goals & Objectives feature toggle. This will then enable this feature across the entire platform.
Key Results will also be enabled once you turn this on, as they work hand in hand with the same feature.
Once you turn it on, you should see the below page:
Voila! You have now successfully enabled Goals & Objectives + Key Results.
Goals & Objectives + Key Results are exclusive to the eloomi One plan, if you do not have this plan and would like this feature, please reach out to your eloomi Customer Success Manager or Account Manager.
