How do I access Checklists as a Manager?

This article reviews how to access and use Checklists as a Manager on eloomi's Infinite platform.

Where can I find Checklists as a Manager?


As a Manager, you have access to the Manager tab. Here you can see the new tab in the Navbar for Checklists.

Once you click it, it will show the page above. Once here, it will, by default, open up the Checklists that are created for everyone you manage. You can see this as the "Overview" option is highlighted in the top left corner. In this overview area, you can see all the Checklists that need your input, Checklists that are still being worked on by members in your Group, and Checklists that were completed by your Group.

Once you click a Checklist that needs your input, it will open the Checklist. Here you can see the tasks that the user has completed, needs to complete, and the tasks that you also need to complete/action.

Attempting to complete a task that is not created for you will show you this message below.

These are task items that cannot be completed by you, as they are not created for you. Tasks that are created for you will not have the checkbox greyed out.

Once you find a task that belongs to you and complete it, you can click the check box and it will then mark the task as completed.

You can also un-check the box if you mistakenly click it. Once you complete all the tasks, and all the rest of the members (if applicable) complete their groups, you will see at the bottom of the Checklist when it was completed.

If a manager is removed from a group and a new one is added, the new manager will have access to the any checklists with tasks assigned to a manager of that group.
